So what happens if they sold my number to another person.This will evolve into a Massive Cyber Attack.

And why the title 

That's because if each human and household and place and telephone has their own unique calling ID on Earth,Mars and the Earth's Moon Luna assigned by the international telephony union and the countries,there will be no chaos.
